Anonymous call rejection.

Anonymous call rejection is a service offered by BT allowing us to reject telephone calls where the Caller ID has been deliberately withheld. We have decided to use this because of the increasing level of junk callers, ie, debt collecting agencies, rate revaluation scam artists and the like. Naturally, there will be some customers who are unable to release CLI because they call from a switchboard system which has been CLI withheld for some reason best known to the company. For these customers, we offer an ex directory telephone number which is not advertised and so should not impede our valued customers getting through. To obtain this number, ring from a non withheld number, or fax / email us. Domestic customers can prefix the telephone number with 1470 which will release CLI just for that call.Click here for ACR information from BT
