Sky+ lets you:

• - Pause live TV It's easy to programme Sky+ to automatically record shows up to seven days in advance using your Sky Guide.

The Sky+ service is simple to use. You can access all of its functions using the Sky+ remote control and your on-screen guide, and once you've recorded a programme you can play it back using the on-screen Sky+ Planner.
The Sky+ set-top box costs £300, standard installation is £60 for Sky digital subscribers (£100 for non-subscribers). The Sky+ subscription costs £10 a month. Sky digital packages start from £10 a month.
